Terms for the Napnix public beta

By using Napnix, you agree to use this beta as a planning aid and to review its guidance with your own judgment.

Public beta notice · Last updated July 17, 2026.

Who may use Napnix

Napnix is intended for adults who are a child’s parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the information you enter, the account you use, and decisions made from the app’s suggestions.

Guidance, not medical advice

Napnix is not a medical service or medical device. It does not diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition, and its suggested sleep windows may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Follow current safe-sleep guidance and advice from a qualified pediatric professional.

For urgent health or safety concerns, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional. Do not rely on Napnix for an emergency.

Your data and backups

The core tracker is local-first. You are responsible for exporting records you need to keep. Optional cloud snapshots require sign-in and are not guaranteed to prevent data loss. See the Privacy notice and Data Safety for details.

Beta availability and changes

Napnix is provided as a public beta on an “as available” basis. Features, calculations, formats, and availability may change or stop. To the extent permitted by law, no promise is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to recover every record.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account or backups, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Ending use or deleting an account

You may stop using Napnix at any time. Local data can be exported or deleted from Data & Backup. Cloud snapshots can be deleted from Cloud Backups. Account deletion is handled through the documented support process during this beta.
